Swan House by CADRE has received permit approval, marking a key milestone for the Swan Street project. Shaped through early massing and streetscape studies, the design evolved into a refined architectural response grounded in context and long-term thinking. Each step has focused on delivering considered Build-to-Rent living that respects the site’s industrial past while contributing to Richmond’s future. The project will deliver 51 apartments, activated ground floor retail and rooftop garden and wellness spaces. Permit approved. Vision intact.

CADRE breaks ground on luxury town home project in Byron Bay
CADRE, the renowned development arm of the Tyas Family, has commenced construction on the exclusive LUSSO by CADRE compound nestled in the prestigious Paterson Street of Byron Bay. The Group has awarded the commercial construction contract to Tycorp Construction, which sits within the Tyas family office, marking the beginning of an exciting phase in luxury residential development in the Norther Rivers.

There has been good progress on site! Tycorp has completed the exterior brickwork, the facade has taken shape. Window and door installation is underway, and all townhouses are commencing waterproofing. Over the next month, stairs will be installed next month, along with plastering the interior walls and cladding each townhouse.
