SWAN HOUSE RECEIVES PERMIT APPROVAL

Swan House by CADRE has received permit approval, marking a key milestone for the Swan Street project.

Shaped through early massing and streetscape studies, the design evolved into a refined architectural response grounded in context and long-term thinking. Each step has focused on delivering considered Build-to-Rent living that respects the site’s industrial past while contributing to Richmond’s future.

The project will deliver 51 apartments, activated ground floor retail and rooftop garden and wellness spaces.
