As Founding Director, Christopher Tyas has cemented CADRE as a preeminent, design-focused development and investment company with values that reflect his own. Chris’s breadth of global property experience has shaped profound adaptability and understanding of the many facets of the built industries including asset management, acquisition and negotiation, risk analysis, project management, development, sales, marketing and investment.
Chris's upbringing, international experience, and multi-disciplinary industry experience lend to a holistic and visionary approach to real estate with an innate understanding of the end-user experience.
Nicholas has experience in real estate and finance. Having worked for Australia’s most reputable development and investment firms, Mirvac, and Salta Properties. Nicholas has expertise in almost all asset classes, including residential, commercial, industrial and retail. Nicholas has been responsible for teams delivering large scale projects and acquisitions, such as developing the world class 477 Colins Street Melbourne office tower; delivering the multiple billion dollar industrial estate at Nexus, Dandenong South, and acquiring one on Melbourne’s largest industrial acquisition in Cranbourne West.
Nicholas has in depth knowledge of all aspects of the development cycle, as lead on numerous small and large scale projects from site acquisition to project completion.
Nicholas holds a double degree, Bachelor of Commerce and Engineering from Monash University, Melbourne.
